Real employee costs. Real project profitability. Real business decisions. The employee cost calculator that shows you what your team actually costs per hour — not what payroll says. Desktop app for Windows, macOS and Linux. The full app is free for one job every 30 days — no card, just your email.
After building and running businesses across almost every industry, one pattern appeared everywhere without exception: business owners made hiring and team decisions based on gut feeling, loyalty and hope. Not numbers. Not reality.
You need a tool that cuts through subjective feelings and shows you the truth — however brutal it may be. Who is actually generating profit. Which projects are making money. Where your budget disappears. What your team really costs per hour, per job, per month. Not estimates. Not approximations. Real numbers.
"The most dangerous number in business is the one you're not tracking."
The full desktop app, one job every 30 days. Dashboard, timesheets, reports and exports — all of it. No card, no trial clock. Just your email for the licence key.
Download the installer. Install, enter your license key, start tracking.
64-bit or 32-bit · 4GB RAM · 500MB disk
Intel or Apple Silicon · 4GB RAM · 500MB disk
64-bit · 4GB RAM · AppImage, no install
The installer isn't code-signed, so Windows will show a blue screen saying the publisher is unknown. Click More info, then Run anyway. On macOS, open System Settings → Privacy & Security and choose Open Anyway. Linux needs nothing.
A signing certificate costs several hundred euros a year, and that cost would end up in your price. I'd rather keep the tool cheap and show you the receipts instead: every installer above links to a public report from 60+ antivirus engines, and the SHA-256 checksum so you can verify the file you downloaded is the file I published.
And if you'd still rather not take my word for it — install it, then unplug the internet. The app connects once, when you activate your key. After that it never needs a connection again, and your figures never leave your machine.
Choose your platform above. Run the installer (Windows) or drag to Applications (macOS). AppImage on Linux needs no installation at all.
Free licence: enter your email above and the key arrives in seconds. Paid: choose monthly or annual, pay via Stripe, key arrives the same way. Either way, no manual steps.
Open the app, go to Settings, paste your license key. App unlocks fully. Start adding employees and planning jobs immediately.
I used to build apartment blocks. I had 37 carpenters producing 40 square meters of formwork every day — columns, beams, floors. Consistently. Week after week.
When I stepped away from construction, I redirected my crews to a friend who was building the same type of buildings, in the same city. A few weeks later, he called me: "Your guys are doing 8 square meters a day."
Same people. Same skill. Same tools. Five times less output. Nothing had changed about them — everything had changed about how they were managed. Nobody was measuring the real cost per productive hour. Nobody was tracking whether the project was actually making money or quietly losing it.
"The most expensive problem in business isn't a bad employee. It's a good employee in a bad system — and an owner who can't see the difference."
"I've been in construction long enough to know that every project looks profitable on paper. This tool showed me what my team actually costs per hour — not what I assumed. Two of my last contracts would have lost money if I'd quoted them the old way."

"I manage multiple contracts — building maintenance, renovations, interior fit-outs. Every job has different people at different rates. This finally gave me one place to see who's making money and who's quietly eating the profit."

Take the whole thing for a job. Not a cut-down version — the same desktop app, with employees, timesheets, active job tracking and exportable reports. One job every 30 days, for as long as you like.
Run one real contract through it. If the numbers tell you something you didn't know, you'll know what the paid version is worth. If they don't, you've lost an email address.
Don't want to give an email at all? There's a stripped-back web calculator — one calculation, nothing saved, nothing to install.
